Aerotek is hiring immediately for a foreman in Burlington, VT! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to join our commercial steel framing and drywall company. As a Foreman, you will provide overall field supervision and coordination with clients and other sub-trades personnel. Your role will involve coordinating project tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and managing project quality control measures.

ResponsibilitiesProvide overall project field supervision and coordination with clients and other sub-trades personnel.Effectively communicate project tasks to all company and sub-contract personnel.Ensure conformity with project and company safety policies and procedures for all company and sub-contract personnel.Read, interpret, and track blueprints and all other contract drawings and documentation.Stay current with project changes and revisions in the scope of work.Track production demands and material ordering to ensure scheduling goals can be met.Coordinate and track Additional Work Orders, personnel, time, and materials.Responsible for overall project quality control measures.Ensure personal means of transportation to and from the project site.Capable of standing/walking for the majority of the workday, including frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, lifting (including overhead), along with pushing and pulling.Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 65lbs.Understand and perform all responsibilities of supervised employees, such as Carpenters, Drywall Installers, Drywall Finishers, and Laborers.Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to ensure project goals and requirements are met.Any offer will be contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment health exam and physical fit-test.Essential SkillsForeman experienceDrywall experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in construction and carpentry.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment includes job locations in Greater Boston, Burlington Vermont, and Southern New Hampshire. You will be part of a team consisting of 22 field personnel and 6 office staff. The company offers a truck for this position.

This is a Permanent position based out of Burlington, VT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $104000.00

They are a company local to Hudson, NH offering a company vehicle, gas reimbursement. They also offer 401K, full benefits package available upon request.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Burlington,VT.
