Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Foreman to work closely with designers to implement customer designs, read and execute prints within specifications, and lead a crew to meet deadlines and perform work to the highest standard. The Foreman will also be hands-on in the field, performing the same work as the laborers.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with designers to implement customer designs.Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects within specifications.Lead and supervise a crew on a daily basis to meet project deadlines.Ensure all work is performed to the highest standard.Perform hands-on fieldwork alongside laborers.Essential SkillsExperience in construction and landscaping.Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.Experience in installing hardscape elements such as paver patios, pergolas, fire pits, seat walls, retaining walls, and water features.Strong leadership and crew management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsSelf-motivated with a keen eye for detail.Customer-focused mindset.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, Nebraska.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00
