We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Foreman to construct shaded structures for commercial buildings. This role involves leading a team, managing construction tasks, and ensuring the quality and safety of the work performed.

Work Environment

Work in a tight-knit team of three, meeting at the garage and departing for job sites at 5:30 AM. Expect 10-12 hour workdays from Monday to Thursday, with rotating Fridays for overtime. The team is well-informed of the job site the day before and possible travel outside Phoenix is done using a company vehicle. Report to the shop before each shift begins.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00
