**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced Foreman to oversee all stages of project life cycles, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. You will manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, perform regular inspections for compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and coordinate materials and equipment delivery. Additionally, you will resolve issues promptly to maintain schedules, communicate project status to stakeholders, and maintain a daily log for job site operations. **Responsibilities** + Oversee all stages of project life cycle + Ensure work is completed on time and within budget + Manage and supervise construction workers and subcontractors + Create and manage work schedules and resource allocation + Perform regular inspections for compliance with building codes and safety regulations + Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers + Resolve issues and delays promptly to maintain schedules + Communicate project status to stakeholders including owners, architects, and construction managers + Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations + Report to management as needed + Ensure compliance with safety regulations + Implement cost-effective management techniques **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction, civil engineering, and blueprint reading + 3-5 years of experience running commercial projects + Experience with concrete footings, foundations, SOG, steel/precast erection, metal stud, and carpentry + Experience in commercial construction and general contracting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience building waste water facilities is a plus but not required **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive pay with weekly direct deposit, paid time off, holidays, volunteer time off, parental leave, and bereavement.
