**Job Title: Concrete Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Foreman to lead a construction crew of 10 people. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read blueprints, interpret plans, and build structures such as box culverts from scratch. This role requires hands-on experience in concrete finishing and site development. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a crew of 10 people. + Read and interpret blueprints and plans. + Build structures according to provided plans. + Construct box culverts from scratch, assembling all necessary forms. + Oversee concrete pours and finishing. + Ensure all installations and field management tasks are performed efficiently. + Manage general labor and site development tasks. **Essential Skills** + 1-5 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman. + 1 year of experience: $28 per hour. + 5+ years of commercial experience: $40 per hour. + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints. + Experience in construction, concrete finishing, and site development. + Strong leadership and field management skills. + Ability to use hand tools and manage general labor tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in industrial and commercial construction. + Knowledge of installation and general labor procedures. **Why Work Here?** Our company values a strong work-life balance and offers a supportive work environment.
