**Job Title: Construction Superintendent** **75 -100k Medical Dental Vision 401k** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Superintendent to oversee a roofing repair/canopy pull project at Patrick Space Force Base. The candidate will manage daily construction activities at the work site, including scheduling workers, delivery of equipment and materials, supervision of subcontractors, and monitoring the progress of the project. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, working effectively with contractors to complete the project within the given budget and timeframe. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities. + Implement and maintain on-site safety procedures. + Understand project plans and specifications and ensure compliance with contract documents. + Maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, employees, and authorizing agencies. + Organize workers to ensure production and safety are maintained. + Supervise subcontractors to ensure punctuality and performance according to schedule and quality standards. + Inspect workers and their work to ensure quality and conformance with contract documents. + Complete all daily logs and field reporting. + Complete 2-week field schedules for the project. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction, commercial construction, and demolition. + Knowledge of OSHA 30 regulations. + Construction supervision and superintendent skills. + Experience working with governmental agencies such as the U.S. Navy, Army, and Air Force. + Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 5 years of experience in the field or a related area. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQMC) certification is a plus. + Familiarity with a variety of construction concepts, practices, and procedures. + Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. **Why Work Here?** Our Client offers a competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus plan, medical, dental, vision, and IRA retirement plan.
