Position Overview
The project foreman possesses a broad knowledge of construction techniques and methodology. Able to perform varying jobsite tasks, the foreman assists the site superintendent throughout the project to fill gaps and facilitate jobsite workflow for all workers. The foreman also watches subcontractor performance, monitoring quality, and looking for site issues to prevent negative impact to the project. The foreman must possess an OHSA-10 certification as well as all jobsite equipment operation certifications. In addition to the above, the Project foreman is responsible for the following:
Primary Responsibilities:
Jobsite safety equipment monitoring
Harnesses, fall protection, ensuring everyone is wearing appropriate PPE
Participate in and uphold safety meeting directives
Monitor adherence to OSHA standards by subcontractors
Report/correct unsafe activities immediately when present
General knowledge of construction drawings and master schedule
Receiving/coordinating site material deliveries and reporting to the Superintendent
Site preparation
Keep a close eye on jobsite flow and cleanliness
Immediately report to the Superintendent any workflow issues
Other project support tasks as assigned
Report ANY subcontractor conflicts as they arise to the Superintendent
Assist the superintendent in subcontractor success
Site-specific work areas/access consideration and tidiness
Monitor the 6-week look-ahead schedules generated by the site Superintendent
Proactive to look for possible scheduling/site conflicts
Daily project debriefs with the Superintendent
Daily site security monitoring with the Superintendent
AOA gate/fence monitoring and management
Secondary Responsibilities:
Quality control throughout the project lifecycle
Commit to policies and procedures
Lead, manage and support Centrex initiatives
Drive and uphold the Core Values

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $55.00/hr.
