**Job Title: Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in installing duct work, field fabrication, and connecting HVAC units. This role involves working on rooftop units, duct work, spiral duct, oval duct, HVAC duct work, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install duct work and HVAC units
+ Perform field fabrication of duct work
+ Connect HVAC units to duct systems
+ Work with various types of duct work, including spiral and oval ducts
+ Install and maintain exhaust fans and ventilation systems
+ Read and interpret HVAC duct work prints
+ Create field sketches and take offs for projects
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience in duct work and tin knocking
+ Ability to read and interpret HVAC duct work prints
+ Experience in field sketches and take offs
+ Proficiency in field fabrication
+ Knowledge of construction, mechanical systems, piping, and PVC
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ OSHA 30 certification
+ SST 10 certification

**Work Environment**
This position is based at a commercial high-rise, 10-story building located at 26 W 9th Ave, New York, NY. The work environment involves working on-site with various HVAC systems and duct work. Safety is a priority, and appropriate certifications such as OSHA 30 and SST 10 are required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Brooklyn, New York.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
