Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a crew of 10 people in construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading plans, building structures, and constructing box culverts from scratch based on provided plans.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a crew of 10 people.Read and interpret construction plans.Build structures according to plans.Construct box culverts from scratch, including getting all forms together and building.Essential SkillsExperience in construction, blueprint reading, and blueprint interpretation.Proficiency in concrete finishing and flatwork.Ability to manage field operations in civil site development.Skilled in concrete pours and the use of hand tools.Additional Skills & Qualifications1+ year of experience as a concrete foreman.Experience in industrial and commercial construction.General labor and installation skills.Why Work Here?

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, Colorado.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
