**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Foreman to lead a crew of 3+ laborers in the South Field at Fremont. The Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently, following detailed instructions. This role involves building solar R&D projects, completing safety forms, and working hands-on with tools. **Responsibilities** + Lead a crew of 3+ laborers in solar installation projects. + Complete and review safety forms to ensure work is done properly and safely. + Build solar R&D projects following provided instructions. + Use basic hand tools to change out clamps on existing solar projects. + Perform tasks such as dismantling racks and assembling components. + Complete work in a timely and safe manner, following specific instructions. + Comfortably wear PPE (gloves, glasses, vest, hard hat, face shield). + Handle heavy lifting and general labor tasks. + Work outdoors in various weather conditions. **Essential Skills** + Experience in solar installation, general labor, and construction. + Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and installation processes. + Experience with solar panels, assembly, and leading teams. + Knowledge of commercial solar, carpentry, or mechanical construction work (structural steel, HVAC, plumbing). + Experience in commercial construction. + OSHA 10 certification. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in utility-scale solar, R&D, or field work. + Forklift certification (5k or 10k telehandler) and gradal certification. + Forklift operation experience. **Why Work Here?** Join a top company recognized nationally for excellence. This role demands physical labor, including heavy lifting and working with various construction tools and equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
