**Job Title: Concrete Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Concrete Foreman for an 18-month project. This role involves overseeing civil crews on a day-to-day basis at a major campus. The ideal candidate must be able to operate equipment when necessary and perform various concrete-related tasks, including reading plans, making submittals, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Responsibilities will also include concrete replacement, parking lots, curbs, concrete placement pads, demolition, asphalt, and sidewalks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Run civil crews on a day-to-day basis.
+ Operate equipment and work on concrete cutters as needed.
+ Read plans and make site submittals.
+ Follow and enforce safety protocols.
+ Perform concrete replacement, parking lots, curbs (top and bottom), concrete placement pads, demolition, asphalt, and sidewalks.
+ Keep an accurate log of activities.
+ Make accurate and safe decisions for yourself and others.
+ Wear the correct PPE correctly at all times.
+ Take direction effectively.
+ Maintain responsibility, honesty, and punctuality.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience as a Concrete Foreman, preferably in larger-scale commercial work.
+ OSHA 10 certification.
+ Ability to read prints and understand diagrams.
+ Willingness to operate equipment such as curb cutters, dozers, and backhoes.
+ Experience in construction utility trenching and excavating.
+ Valid driver's license.
+ Reliable transportation.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Ability to work days, nights, and weekends.
+ Capability to lift 50 lbs or more.
+ Ability to work from heights.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ OSHA 10 certificate required.

**Work Environment**

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buda, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.
