**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain) and the ability to read blueprints and construction plans. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, specifically backhoes, and must be open to travel to various job sites in Santa Clarita, Santa Paula, and Moorpark. The shift time for this role is 7:00am-4pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Pay is dependent on experience. **Responsibilities** + Supervise and oversee construction projects involving underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain). + Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. + Operate heavy equipment, with a focus on backhoes. + Ensure safety protocols and procedures are followed on all job sites. + Coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to ensure project completion. + Travel to various job sites as required. + Maintain communication with the office and provide updates on project progress. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foreman. + Experience with underground utilities (water, sewer, storm drain). + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans. + Proficiency in operating heavy equipment, particularly backhoes. + Willingness to travel to multiple job sites. **Work Environment** This role involves working on new construction sites with a focus on underground utilities. The work environment is dynamic and requires travel to various job sites in Santa Clarita (may be asked to go to the Santa Paula, Moorpark, or Camarillo Job Sites.) The standard shift time is 7:00am-4pm, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
