**Job Title: Foreman Electrician** **Description** We are a team and family-oriented company that values and respects each employee. As a Foreman Electrician on our team, you are responsible for leading teams of 2 to 4 electricians on commercial and light industrial projects. This is a working foreman role including roughing in conduit and wiring new commercial buildings based on plans and prints provided by the General Contractor (GC). Electricians will terminate wires at switches, circuit breaker panels, and relays, and wire instruments that control power, lighting, and heating units in buildings. They also provide wiring for air conditioning and refrigeration units. Work hours are Monday through Friday, first shift. Benefits available immediately upon hire. Hard hats and additional PPE will be provided to all employees. **Responsibilities** + Lead teams of 2-4 electricians, ensuring effective teamwork and communication. + Fill out daily progress reports and manage attendance. + Conduct tool box talks with the team. + Lay out jobs, read blueprints, and supervise and lead crews. + Communicate and meet with GC/Owners Reps on site. + Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and OSHA regulations. **Essential Skills** + Expert ability in laying out jobs and reading blueprints. + Supervising and leading crews. + Experience with 227V and 480V systems. + Proficiency in conduit work, pulling wire, pipe bending, and outlet wiring. + Communication skills with GC/Owners Reps on site. + Safety oriented with OSHA certification. + Own essential tools such as saws, drills, utility knives, ohmmeters, and testing tools. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
