Responsibilities:

Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of projects. Fabricate and cut wood components for construction tasks. Follow wood framing procedures and techniques to build structural elements. Install window and door frames with precision. Assess, repair, and maintain wood structures as needed. Perform trim and finishing procedures with attention to detail. Work independently on multi-day tasks from start to finish. Supervise, guide, and train apprentices and laborers on assigned tasks. Maintain and properly store tools and equipment to ensure they are clean and in good working condition. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
