Job Description:We are currently searching for a Forensic Accounting / Litigation - Experienced Manager to join our Forensics, Litigation & Valuation Services (FLVS) practice as a critical part of our talented, highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high-profile engagements. Our team of specialists deliver high quality analysis and advice across the business lifecycle, from acquisition to exit. As an Experienced Manager, you will further develop extensive expertise mastering complex forensic accounting, litigation and other financial consulting skills.

Gathers information about subject businesses as necessary to complete assigned engagements, on site where needed
Leads a team in analyzing data and preparing calculations and reports
Provides valuable financial insight and clarity to clients during all stages of an engagement, from case theory development through report preparation.
Impeccably prepared and effectively handles meetings and calls with clients and opposing parties. Maintains active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, achieve deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively.
Effectively delegates and supervises project assignments to the appropriate staff level.
Involved in recruiting, training, supervising, and retaining professional and support staff. Responsible for staff mentoring and career development.
In relation to the above, maintains exceptional attention to details. Strives for error free work product and communications.
Shows initiative to provide updates and briefings to Principals involved on file, such that leadership are aware of project status
Early identification of resources needed for project completion – including resources beyond those of business unit
Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues in the firm, other service lines, and engagement/project teams
Pursue new business development opportunities with existing and new clients
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or other related field (MBA or MSc Finance preferred)
Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant business experience in forensic accounting and/or litigation services
Relevant certification strongly preferred - CPA, CFF, CFE, ABV, CVA, CFA and/or MAFF.
Strong leadership, communication, project management, and team building skills
Excellent presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills against clear business recommendations
Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Strong technical writing skills (clear, concise, and excellent grammar)
Possess great interpersonal skills and building strong client relationships
Ability for light travel
The compensation range for this role is $133,400 to $289,040. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
