Business Analyst Senior Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for leveraging your investigative and analytical expertise to support investigations and monitor Integrity risks across ABB’s environment. Responsibil-ities include:•\tSupport IIM by providing forensic analytic support for investigations in China. Foren-sic analytic support includes data discovery and research of investigative subjects. Once identified, forensic analysts also may apply advanced analytic techniques to as-sess allegations made against the subjects. Forensic analysts partner closely with IIM investigators to set the scope of data analytic activities for an investigation and then execute those activities in a timely and effective manner.•\tIdentify emerging and pre-existing Integrity risks across ABB’s environment by per-forming monitoring using the Forensic Analytic Team’s Continuous Monitoring Plat-form (CMP). This position will focus on reviewing China systems using a suite of monitoring tools and techniques.•\tEnhance CMP by integrating China-specific risk statements and accommodating country-specific processes. This role is expected to become a subject-matter expert in China business processes and use that knowledge to enhance CMP and make it more effective. Enhancing CMP may include both thought leadership and software development activities.•\tHelp build new data ingestions to further enhance CMP.•\tAct as a subject-matter expertise at the intersection of investigations, integrity risk, and technology. Support peers in Investigations and other colleagues across Group Functions and the business.

Qualifications for the role

\t10+ years of experience performing non-HR investigations for large multi-national companies, focusing on major investigations involving fraud, bribery, and corruption.\tFamiliarity with common business processes around third-party management (TPM), Procure-To-Pay (P2P), Order-To-Cash (O2C), Project Management, and Record-To-Report (R2R).\tA desire to learn data analytics tools and processes. Demonstrated experience with analytical tools and database systems is a plus.\tFluency in English is required. Fluency in Mandarin is preferred.\tHigh level of attention to detail
