Role Overview:

As a Forestry Supervisor, you will join the Silviculture Team reporting to the Silviculture Forester. You will play a crucial role in managing silviculture liabilities and will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing silviculture treatment strategies.Supervising contractors in planting, site preparation, stand tending, and surveys.Participating in the annual budgeting process for the silviculture program and the annual Forestry Accrual Rate.Supervising government-funded contracts.Building and maintaining positive working relationships with Indigenous communities, government agencies, stakeholders, and the general public.Silviculture recordkeeping and submission to government.Actively participating in safety and environmental systems management.Engaging in developmental training opportunities to gain exposure to all aspects of our business.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $81,600 - $117,400 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 7% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
