Production Associate

Pay: $15 - $16.50/hr

Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Occasional Saturdays: 4-hour shift (not currently in effect)

About Us:

We partner with convenience stores to supply and build product displays for a wide range of items including health and beauty supplies, automotive products, cellular accessories, sunglasses, and snacks. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Follow customer orders to build product displays and prepare items for shipment.Utilize basic math and counting skills for packaging.Collaborate with a small team (2-3 people) to build displays from start to finish.Inspect products for quality while packaging.Lift, bend, twist, and pull up to 40 lbs.Stand for up to 8 hours a day.

Qualifications:

Ability to sit, stand, and work in a repetitive environment for long periods of time.Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform manual labor tasks.Team player with a positive attitude and ability to communicate well with others.Previous packaging, assembly, or warehouse experience a plus, but not required.Must have reliable transportation.
