The Forklift driver position is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within the warehouse, including supporting packaging needs, managing inventory, and loading/unloading trucks. Operates forklifts, ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, and assists in process improvement initiatives. May lead team members, coordinate shipping/receiving activities, and perform shipping office duties. **Employee Type:** Full time **Location:** WI Kenosha **Job Type:** Production Group **Job Posting Title:** Forklift Driver-2 **Job Description:** **Schedule:** Rotating 2/2/3 schedule with 12 hour shifts Hours: 1st shift – 6:00 am to 6:30 pm; 2nd shift 6:00 pm to 6:30 am **Work Location:** 6819 77th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53142 **Benefits:** Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, STD/LTD/AD&D/Life, HSA, FSA, EAP, Hospital indemnity, Accident Insurance, Identity and Fraud Protection Plan, Legal, and Critical Illness. **Salary, based on experience and other qualifications:** $23.38 per Hour with $1 shift differential after 2 pm **Responsibilities:** + Actively participate in maintaining a Food Safe environment for our ST Specialty Plant and our customers. + Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Guidelines. + Take pride in maintaining “Ready to Tour and Safety Aware Environment” + Participate in improvement projects to support Continuous Improvement. + Must be dependable and have good attendance record + Drive a fork truck safely and efficiently, also filling out required safety inspection report + Must be able to read and write in English + Keep work area clean and presentable + Be able to fulfill duties in any of the warehouse areas including, but not limited to – picking product for orders, loading trucks, unloading trucks, receiving product in, inventory control, hand piling product, cleaning + Work in other departments as assigned + Perform any other duties as directed by any member of the Kenosha management team + Perform all transactions accurately and efficiently in SAP + Responsible for reporting any food safety or quality issues to Supervisor as well as the following specific duties involving food safety and quality + Other duties may be assigned. **EEO Statement:** Winland Foods believes that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success as a global company, and we seek to recruit develop, and retain the most talented people from a diverse candidate pool.
