**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Opportunity: Forklift Driver – Elma, NY** **Pay Rates:** + 1st Shift: $17.83/hr + 2nd Shift: $18.83/hr + 3rd Shift: $20.33/hr We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Driver to become a part of our team. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining food safety and quality standards while efficiently and safely transporting finished goods within our facility. If you have a keen eye for detail, prioritize safety, and have experience operating forklifts, we would be thrilled to welcome you to our team. **Key Responsibilities:** + Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times. + Understand and adhere to plant-wide policies and procedures. + Follow safety management standards and maintain effective communication with pedestrians and other team members. + Safely transport finished goods to designated locations within the facility. + Maintain a basic understanding of warehouse storage and finished goods organization. + Operate within a 5 high and 3 deep confined space racking system to perform your duties efficiently and safely. **Position Details:** + **Type:** Contract-to-Hire + **Location:** Elma, New York **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.83 - $20.33 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
