GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for loading and unloading products from trucks, containers, or railcars trucks. Complete paperwork accurately in a timely manner.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:

Check trailer and reefer temperature prior to loading (34-38 degrees). • Inspection of trailer for any pre-existing damages. • Inspection of product (random temperature checks) to ensure there is no damage to the product. • Verify case count and & product temperature as it is being loaded and/or staged on the dock. • Other duties as assigned.
