**Job Title: Forklift Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a Material Handler Forklift Operator to manage shipping and receiving orders using a stand-up forklift. The role involves using an RF scanner and pick sheet to receive and ship hoses, handling 20-25 lines to move through the warehouse to shipping. The operator will drive a stand-up lift and possibly a pallet runner or sit-down forklift, especially in the shipping area. **Responsibilities** + Operate stand-up forklift for shipping and receiving orders. + Use RF scanner and pick sheet to track and manage hoses. + Pick and process 20-25 lines through the warehouse to shipping. + Drive a stand-up lift, pallet runner, and sit-down lift if required. + Scan, pick orders, pack, and palletize items. + Lift and handle materials as necessary. + Documentation for shipping and inventory tracking. **Essential Skills** + Stand-up forklift operation. + Experience with RF scanners. + Ability to pick, pack, and palletize orders. + Warehouse work, shipping and receiving + Packaging, palletizing, labeling + Loading and unloading trucks **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + SAP or other computer software and warehouse management systems for shipping and inventory tracking and management. + Experience in the services industry, such as Amazon or Peyton's. + Ability to lift materials up to a specified weight limit, with lift assist if required. **Why Work Here?** Join a small group of dedicated employees in a flexible work environment. You will be part of a team of 70 hourly employees, handling tasks such as picking hoses, pushing carts, labeling parts, and transporting them to shipping. The duration of the contract is 4 months, but they always have the option of making you a permanent employee sooner. **Starting Pay:** base rate is $20/hr, PLUS $1.50 for off-shift, so the starting pay is **$21.50/hr** **Shift:** 2nd - 2:45pm to about 11:15pm **Schedule:** Monday-Friday **Weekly hours:** 40, maybe 45-50 on occasions **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
