Experienced Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operators needed in La Porte!

Job Specifics:

Skilled worker with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will be responsible for inbound orders, outbound orders, inventory management, storage and accurate documentation of packaged material from a conveyor line.

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of forklift experience in shipping & receiving warehouse environment.

Job duties:

• Inspect container before loading

• Ensure all dock operations are performed in a safe matter

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

• Occasionally assist the production line with special projects

• Inspect equipment daily and frequently

Supplies duties:

Unload packaging supplies from box trucks and flatbed trailers.

Place product at the designated locations.

Proper shipping documents checked in.

Inventory Control duties:

Do accurate counts of supplies and package products.

Proper document control.

Turned in daily.

Pay rate: $16.50/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (need to be available for weekends when required) 6:00am to 4:30pm
