Job Description
We are seeking a skilled forklift operator responsible for operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts. This role involves maneuvering materials to and from operators to various warehouse locations, as well as loading and unloading trucks of product. You will be required to maintain accurate and legible records/documentation and adhere to all company safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory policies and procedures.

We have a summer incentive program that adds $2/hour from May 1st to August 30th, plus $3/hour for overtime. Work Environment
This position operates on the 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm in a food manufacturing work environment. Employees must follow GMPs, including wearing hair nets, beard nets, and no jewelry. During the busy season from August to December, overtime is likely mandated, with employees working 10-hour shifts and 8 hours on Saturdays, possibly every Saturday. During the regular season from January to July, employees typically work 40-50 hours per week, with occasional Saturdays being very rare.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $43680.00
