Volt is immediately hiring a Forklift Operator in San Diego - National City.

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

As a Forklift Operator you will:

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tPick orders\r\n\t\t\t\tPerform general warehouse duties\r\n\t\t\t\tPrepare inventory/parts/merchandise for shipment\r\n\t\t\t\tUse RF device to track inventory picked and located\r\n\t\t\t\tOperate safely, adhering to all OSHA and sit- specific standards\r\n\t\t\t\tUse forklift, stock pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks to load/unload trucks in warehouse\r\n\t\t\t\tTransport inventory via forklift and other warehouse equipment to and from the loading/unloading/staging areas\r\n\t\t\t\tAccurately pick merchandise/inventory from warehouse locations/racking using forklift, stock pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

This is a temporary opportunity, ending in October.

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

The ideal candidate will have experience with:

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tAt least 3 to 5 years of experience on a fast moving warehouse settings\r\n\t\t\t\tHigh School Diploma or GED\r\n\t\t\t\tMust be forklift certified\r\n\t\t\t\tBasic knowledge of Microsoft office a plus\r\n\t\t\t\tBasic knowledge on how to use computers\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

Shift: M-F 6:30 am to 3:30pm (May require Saturdays)

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

Experience with the following is a plus:

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tWarehouse Associate\r\n\t\t\t\tMaterial Handler\r\n\t\t\t\tForklift Driver\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\t
