Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is looking for forklift operators for a manufacturing company based in Greenville Pa.
Position: Fork Lift
Shift: Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM
Pay: $16.00

Job Brief:
The Forklift Operator operates the primary forklift on the shift to feed and relieve the production lines during their operations. In addition to this vital role, the Forklift Operator is accountable for helping the team maintain and setup the production lines to meet customer expectations and production goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform vehicle inspections at the beginning of each shift
2. Use the production line schedules to supply the lines with adequate material to run during the shift
3. Verify correct orientation of the material as it is fed to the production lines
4. Alert line operators to identifiable, potential issues
5. Package steel bundles for shipping
6. Maintain a clean and neat work area
7. Perform all tasks in a safe manner
8. Help coater operator wash-up coater and set up for next jo.
9. Complete all safety training including “Power Industrial Truck” (PIT) Training Course
10. Gain knowledge of production process forms
11. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
12. Perform other tasks as specified by management
Qualifications:
1. High school graduate or equivalent preferred
2. Must be able to identify and monitor shifts in color/shading
3. Must have a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
4. Must be responsible and trustworthy
5. Must be able to read and understand work instructions / quality procedures
6. Must be able to perform all tasks of a Stacker Operator adequately
7. Must be able to tolerate strong smelling solvents
