As a Forklift Operator, you will provide support to the supply chain through safely collection, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products. You will be responsible for operating technical equipment, optimizing loading for efficient logistics, and supporting other warehouse functions to ensure optimal operation of the business. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift safely and moving manufactured parts throughout the facility.

What We Offer Competitive pay 1st shift, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM 3rd shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience operating powered forklifts 1+ year(s) of warehouse processes receiving, and material storage preferred Attention to detail Familiarity with industrial equipment Excellent communication skills Ability to work well with others in a team environment Problem-solving skills Knowledge of various material-handling equipment preferred Proficient in mathematics Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator Safety first Maintain production records Bring material to the production line Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance Package objects for shipping Stock supplies or merchandise Unload materials or equipment Read work orders to determine material or setup requirements Store items Inspect items for damage or defects Record shipping information Attach identification information to products, items, or containers Receive shipments Discuss goods or services information with customers Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment Deliver items Monitor inventories of products or materials Distribute materials to employees or customers Clean facilities or equipment Store records or related materials Remove debris or damaged materials Send information, materials, or documentation Maintain operational records Operate forklifts or other loads Service and maintain forklifts Operate/work with automated equipment/machinery to complete assigned tasks Receive and unload incoming material and pick & pack outgoing materials and compare information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers Inspect shipments for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notifies warehouse manager and/or purchasing personnel Sort, count, package, label, verify count, unpack, and/or log inventory which is shipping or received Work to resolve receiving issues Follow established departmental policies, procedures, objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and all safety regulations Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company Conduct physical cycle counts on inventory and equipment, as required Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped Identify safety hazards in the workplace Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods Perform other tasks as assigned
