Job Description:

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

CoWorx Staffing Services is searching for full time temp to hire forklift/reach truck operator positions in the Omaha, NE area!

Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks to move, push, pull, lift, stack, or transport products, equipment, and materials.
• Utilize a handheld scanner with high accuracy to track inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently as needed to maintain productivity.
• Adhere to the 7S program by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to process excellence, constantly striving to improve operations.
• Display a solid understanding of Supply Chain quality policies and contribute to maintaining high standards.
• Perform inbound receiving processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Experience operating reach trucks.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and adherence to the 7S program.
• Experience with handheld scanning technology.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and quality policies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Other Information:

Schedules Available:

1st shift Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm, pay $22.50/hr
2nd shift Monday – Friday 2pm-10:30pm, pay $24/hr
3rd shift Monday – Friday 9pm-6:30am, pay $24.50/hr
Weekend Day Shift Monday – Friday 7am-5:30pm, pay $24.50/hr
Weekend Night Shift Monday – Friday 7pm-5:30am, pay $25/hr
