What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED Shipping and receiving experience (preferred) Ability to drive a forklift Forklift license Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate with other department team members as well as the Decostar management team Proficient in reading and writing in English

What You’ll Do as a Forklift Operator

Receive and load materials for shipment Maintain and organize the warehouse and parts areas Monitor parts and materials locations Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities Immediately report accidents, injuries, near misses, and unsafe work conditions to the Team Leader Strive to meet or exceed daily departmental performance objectives as directed by the Team Leader Maintain a clean working environment and report any malfunctioning equipment Perform all work within the guidelines of the control plan to ensure parts quality and customer satisfaction Perform other tasks as assigned Join us for walk-in interviews every Monday through Thursday. Interview Hours: Monday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 PM Tuesday & Thursday: 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM - 4:30 PM
