**Position Overview:** The Cherry Picker & Reach Truck Forklift Operator is responsible for efficiently and safely operating cherry picker and reach truck forklifts to handle, move, and store inventory within our warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate cherry picker and reach truck forklifts to move inventory and materials within the warehouse. + Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. + Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts to ensure safe and efficient operation. + Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating equipment. + Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and organization. + Communicate effectively with warehouse team members and supervisors. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. **Qualifications:** + Proven experience operating cherry picker and reach truck forklifts. + Valid forklift operator certification or ability to obtain certification. + Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices. + Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as required. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Basic computer skills for inventory management systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Military background with experience in logistics, operations, or related fields. + Familiarity with military-grade equipment and protocols. + Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work under pressure. + Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or distribution center. **Pay Details:** $18.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
