What you need to succeed:High School diploma or GED requiredForklift certification with 3-5 years forklift experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferred)Read and understand an order spec sheet and load tagsUnderstand unitizing and palletizing informationAble to successfully complete Lift Truck Training and pass the written and driving skills test to become a certified Lift Truck OperatorAdapt and have ability to fit into plant safety culture

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all units are banded properly, have a clearly visible load tag and that there are no broken or missing straps on the units.Perform the last visual quality inspection on finished product, confirm that unit and truck counts are correct, and that all paperwork is accurate.Process inventory control and cycle counts using RF Scanners and internal computerized system. Unloading received materials as needed, perform a visual quality inspection on received items and confirm that delivered unit and truck counts are accurate.How you will impact WestRock:
