Our client, a premier leader in mosaic tile design and quality, is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator in Delanco, NJ to optimize warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and transporting materials within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and various industrial vehicles, including cherry pickers, reach trucks, turret trucks, and automated pallet jacks as required.Safely handle and move hazardous materials.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Build pallets and perform pallet picks as needed.Load goods onto conveyor belts and stack crates, pallets, lumber, or other materials.Ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse.Adhere to safety regulations and company guidelines at all times.Verify that loads are centered and properly stacked.Identify when equipment repairs are necessary and report them.Rotate stock to ensure the oldest items are shipped or sold first.Load and unload products from tractor trailers, rail cars, and cargo ships.Conduct quality assurance (QA) duties, including reporting product damage and shortages.Utilize radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment to track inventory.Secure goods with shrink wrap or other methods in preparation for transport.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating high-reach trucks, cherry pickers, or turret trucks.Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, and safety guidelines.Strong capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Basic math skills.Excellent hand-eye coordination, peripheral vision, and spatial awareness.Highly efficient individual with strong time management skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Compensation and Schedule:

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PMPay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
