Our client, a national sales and supply chain company is looking to hire a Forklift Operator. The ideal candidate will need 6+ months of experience working in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities include preparing completed pallets of product for shipping, to include stacking, packaging/repackaging, shrink wrapping and labeling, and move product to assigned location.

The Day-to-Day:

Receive and unload inbound shipments of warehoused food products using a stand-up forklift.Sort, stage, and place products in the appropriate storage areas.Efficiently and accurately pick products and stage in the appropriate areas.Accurately load outbound container shipments to meet customer demands.Verify product, lot numbers, and quantities of orders to ensure accuracy.Report damages or discrepancies to the supervisorPerform assembly of palletized products per customer requirements.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.Previous Standup Forklift Experience or Forklift Certification is required.Previous Slip Sheet Operator Certification preferred.Ability to work in varying temperatures i.e., ambient, refrigeration.General mathematic skillsAbility to learn and use RF equipmentAbility to constantly walk, bend, lift, lift up to 70 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and work in a fast-paced environment.

$19.00 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
