**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, maintaining finished goods and parts, and other warehouse duties. Your role will involve ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and organization within the warehouse facility, while adhering to safety and company policies.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and check incoming parts for accuracy from vendors, update computer system, and place in appropriate warehouse location.
+ Pick part orders in both low and high locations using RF scanner and load orders onto production cart.
+ Participate in cycle counting program, bin/space consolidation program, and general maintenance of inventory and warehouse facility.
+ Verify work to ensure we meet customer expectations.
+ Adhere to company handbook and departmental rules and regulations, including respect for fellow employees and safety.
+ Accept responsibility for actions and work performed, maintain a positive attitude, and function well in a team environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with sit-down or stand-up forklift (1 year)
+ Experience with packing and shipping/receiving
+ Proficiency in inventory management, picking, packing, material handling, RF scanner, and loading
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to maintain an overall positive attitude and show respect for fellow associates
+ Willingness to participate in cross-training and company-sponsored activities
+ Commitment to adhering to company policies and safety regulations

**Work Environment**
The warehouse environment is large, well-lit, and temperature-controlled. The facility is extremely clean and organized, with many automated processes in place.
