Our client, a large and well-established company in Lathrop, CA, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of forklifts and heavy equipment to efficiently move goods within the distribution center. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and a firm commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various types of forklifts, including high-reach forklifts, to pick orders from pallet racks, handle boxes, and restock inventory as needed.Ensure the efficient and safe movement of materials within the warehouse to meet production and distribution goals.Maintain a high level of organization while working in a fast-paced environment.Perform regular equipment checks to ensure all machinery is functioning properly.Follow all safety protocols and warehouse guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience operating high-reach forklifts is required.Ability to lift heavy loads safely and efficiently.Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety practices at all times.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Pay and Shift:

Monday to Friday, morning shift$20.00 per hour
