Our client, a fast-paced warehouse in New Brunswick, NJ, is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join their dynamic team. This role requires a skilled operator to manage the efficient movement of goods throughout the distribution center, ensuring smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently move materials onto and off of trailers, railcars, and cargo ships.Manage the stacking and unstacking of pallets, crates, lumber, and other materials.Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment, identifying when repairs are needed.Ensure the safe operation of all equipment while following safety regulations and company policies.Accurately complete forms, handle paperwork, and maintain precise production records.Report product damage or shortages and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure proper handling.Use RF scanning equipment to track and maintain inventory levels throughout the warehouse.Effectively communicate with team members using radio systems to determine job priorities.
