Our client, a provider of global supply chain management solutions, is looking to hire a Forklift Operator in Butner, NC. Primary duties include loading and unloading materials safely using a Forklift. Will inspect, track & record products to ensure the accuracy of inventory being shipped & received.

Your Day:

Will load & unload materials while safely operating a Forklift.Will inspect, track & record products being shipped & received to ensure the accuracy of all incoming/outgoing material.Ensure orderly production and distribution of material by accurately pulling material and delivering it to designated areas of the warehouse. The stage for final distribution.Contributes to the orderly operations of stock and/or materials storage areaMaintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording the location of inventory, and reporting discrepancies, losses & damage.Documents materials and records units delivered and location of unitsMaintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and notifying one’s supervisor of any needed repairs.Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items.Keeps inventory, loading areas, and machinery clean.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaMinimum 2 years of Forklift ExperienceMust pass a practical Forklift trainingMust be extremely reliable & dependableA strong work ethic is a MUST

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$20.00 /hrMonday to SaturdaySeveral shifts are available.
