**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating double wide forklifts, 2/3/4 stage lifts, and loading and unloading freight trucks and rail cars full of beer, wine, soft drinks, and spirits. This role includes moving palletized full loads around a large, temperature-controlled warehouse using primarily sit-down electric forklifts. Additionally, you will utilize RF scanning systems with scannable barcodes on the floor and on placards. **Responsibilities** + Operate double wide forklifts and 2/3/4 stage lifts. + Load and unload freight trucks and rail cars containing beverages. + Move palletized full pallet loads around the warehouse using sit-down electric forklifts. + Use RF scanning systems to manage inventory. + Ensure accurate inventory management through the use of scannable barcodes. **Essential Skills** + Experience with forklift operation, including sit-down and double wide forklifts. + Proficiency in using RF scanners. + Knowledge of inventory and material handling. + Ability to load and unload freight trucks and rail cars. + 1+ year experience in a distribution facility specifically with forklifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inventory management systems. + Familiarity with handling various types of beverages such as beer, wine, and spirits. + Experience with pallet jacks and reach trucks. + Capability in order picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. **Why Work Here?** We offer full paid medical, dental, and vision benefits for employees, with family coverage available at a low rate.
