Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Saturday from 05:30am to 04:00pm) 1st shift: 5:30 am to 4 pm2nd shift: 4pm-2:30amovertime may be required 10-12 hours shiftsSaturday's may be requiredYour shift will rotate from 1st shift to 2ns shift every 2 montsh.Operate forklifts to load pallets to and from flatbeds.Performs a safety check of the forklift to ensure it is safe to operate.Check fluid levels for oil, water, and fuel before operating the liftEnsures the packaging lines have empty pallets available and informs the supervisor of the pallet inventoryRemoves palletized bags from the production lines and places them on the stretch-wrapperOperates the stretch-wrapper and changes the stretch film as requiredPlace palletized bags in inventory and ensure they are located in the proper rows storing them neatly without damaging other inventoryReads the BOLs and places the correct quantity and SKU on the carrier's trucks in a safe and efficient manner.Performs physical inventory counts of finished goods as requiredForklift Operator Qualifications:
This is a strict NON-NICOTINE facility-Applicant will be subject to a Nicotine testHigh School Diploma or GED1-2 years experience as a forklift operator in a manufacturing facilityAbility to work in a dusty environment, hot/cold/rainy weatherAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divideAbility to climb ladders and work on their feet for most of the dayApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
