**Job Title:** Reach Truck Forklift Operator **Location:** Pleasant Prairie, WI **Position Type:** Full-time **Shifts Available:** + **1st Shift:** 6AM-4PM + **2nd Shift:** 5PM-3AM **Schedule:** 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week **Pay Rate:** $19-$20/hour **Job Description:** We are seeking experienced and motivated **Reach Truck Forklift Operators** to join our team! In this role, you will operate a reach truck or standup forklift to perform a variety of warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities:** + Safely operate a reach truck or standup forklift to move, locate, stack, and pick products. + Perform order picking, loading, and unloading with precision and care. + Maintain accurate inventory records. + Conduct equipment inspections and adhere to safety protocols. + Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned. **Requirements:** + **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year operating a reach truck or standup forklift. + **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to perform tasks on your feet for 10 hours per shift. + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs as needed. + **Other Requirements:** + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. + Reliable transportation to and from the workplace. + Ability to work assigned shifts consistently. **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
