Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, picking, finished goods maintenance, and more. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and organizational standards.
ResponsibilitiesReceive and check incoming parts for accuracy from vendors, update computer systems, and place items in appropriate warehouse locations.Pick part orders in both low and high locations using an RF scanner, and load orders onto production carts.Participate in the cycle counting program and bin/space consolidation program, maintain general cleanliness of inventory and warehouse facility.Become cross-trained within the department and assist other departments as necessary.Identify and address potential or repetitive errors by other departments and associates, verify work to ensure customer satisfaction.Adhere to company handbook and all departmental rules and regulations, including respect for fellow employees and safety protocols.Maintain warehouse equipment as per schedule and report any issues to the Supervisor or Manager immediately; keep work areas neat and organized.Accept responsibility for actions and work performed, maintain a positive attitude, function well in a team environment, and show respect for fellow associates.Participate in all company-sponsored activities, including suggestion programs and quality training.Perform other duties as required.Essential Skills1 year of experience with sit-down or stand-up forklift operations.Experience in packing, shipping, and receiving.Proficiency with material handling and RF scanner usage.Additional Skills & QualificationsForklift experience required (certification preferred)Why Work Here?

The work environment is a larger, well-lit, and temperature-controlled warehouse. The facility is extremely clean and organized, with many automated processes in place.
