**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for receiving, picking, maintaining finished goods and parts, and participating in various company-sponsored activities. You will ensure the accuracy of incoming parts, maintain inventory, and adhere to company policies while working in a well-organized warehouse environment. **Available Shifts:** 7:30am-4pm OR 9:30am-6pm **Responsibilities** + Receive and check incoming parts for accuracy from vendors, update computer systems, and place in appropriate warehouse locations. + Pick part orders in both low and high locations using an RF scanner and load orders onto production carts. + Participate in the cycle counting program, bin/space consolidation program, and maintain the cleanliness of inventory and the warehouse facility. + Become cross-trained within the department and work in other departments as necessary. + Identify and correct potential or repetitious errors by other departments and associates, verifying work to meet customer expectations. + Adhere to the company handbook and departmental rules and regulations, including respect for fellow employees and safety protocols. + Maintain warehouse equipment as per schedule, report any equipment problems to the supervisor or manager, and keep a neat and organized work area. + Accept responsibility for actions and work performed, maintain a positive attitude, and function well in a team environment. + Participate in all company-sponsored activities, including the suggestion program and quality training. + Perform other duties as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience with sit-down or stand-up forklifts (1 year). + Experience in packing, shipping, and receiving. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with inventory management. + Proficiency in using an RF scanner. **Why Work Here?** Employees have the opportunity to go permanent within 3-6 months and will be eligible for two production bonuses annually in April and October.
