PURPOSE

OVERVIEW

$19.59 per hour starting pay Set schedule for increases - $20.75 at 1 year, $21.90 at 2 years, $23.05 at 3 years Paid weekly $2,000 referral bonus Full-time schedule Monday-Friday schedule 2:00am-10:30am

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Stocks products, rotating back stock and placing product in the picking line Receives shipments of incoming products including unloading trucks Loads outgoing trucks Picks orders including cooler and freezer orders as needed Maintains cleanliness of warehouse General warehouse duties

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Previous warehouse or grocery experience preferred Forklift experience helpful Applicants must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis Post offer background check, physical, lifting evaluation and drug screen required

Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements. Sales Positions Only: For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate’s first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI’s commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
