1st Shift: Order Picker & Weekly Pay $22-24/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Order Picker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking ingredients, executing system transactions, organizing inventory, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring accurate labeling of products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety guidelines, and effective communication skills.

ResponsibilitiesPick the majority of ingredients needed for production according to the production schedule or as communicated by the production lead/supervisor.Execute system transactions to assign ingredients picked to Production Orders, enabling full traceability of raw materials and/or packaging as well as accurate inventory levels in the system.Organize and continuously reconcile ingredients and packaging inventory for accurate inventories on the computer system by product code.Maintain a clean and organized work area with emphasis on safety, quality, efficiency, and utilization.Ensure all micro ingredients are well labeled and organized, and storage locations are accurate in the system making them easy to locate.Interpret special instructions on pick lists and follow all required PPE requirements while handling raw materials.Pull production orders from the system and verify all the correct ingredients are selected from inventory to fill the order.Complete packaging label duties according to the production schedule or as communicated by the production lead/supervisor.Pull product orders from the computer system. Load master label and packaging into labeling system. Check all information on the product order to make sure the right label is selected for print.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00
