**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** This is an entry-level production position where candidates will be cross-trained to learn all roles on the production line. No prior experience is necessary, but candidates must be able to stay on their feet for the entire shift and pay close attention to detail. This is a contract-to-hire position with significant growth potential. **Work Environment** The facility is climate-controlled at 72 degrees year-round and is very clean. The work is not physically demanding, and there is no need for steel-toe shoes. The dress code includes pants down to the ankle, closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes), t-shirts or long sleeves, and sweatshirts must have strings tucked in. The shifts available are 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11 PM, Monday-Friday with potential for weekends) and 3rd shift (10:30 PM - 6 AM, Monday-Friday with potential for weekends). These positions will move to 2nd shift at the start of the year. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jeffersontown, Kentucky. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
