**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and experienced Warehouse Material Handlers for our fast-paced distribution center. These positions involve handling materials, using equipment such as forklifts and walkie riders, and ensuring efficient receiving and shipping operations. Hiring ASAP for 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm). Starting pay is $20.50/hour. **Responsibilities** + Operate electric pallet jack and walkie rider for 60-70% of the day once trained. + Perform normal picking and stacking tasks initially. + Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate processing and separation of orders by product number. + Use RF scanners to track inventory. + Pick products from specific locations, verify quantities, and ensure correct shipment destinations. + Stack boxes on pallets, shrink-wrap finished products, and stage for shipment. + Train on equipment such as forklifts and walkie riders after the first month. + Perform manual material handling tasks most of the time. **Essential Skills** + Experience operating electric pallet jack and walkie rider. + Warehouse and material handling experience. + Ability to load and unload trucks. + Familiarity with using RF scanners. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Stand-up forklift experience preferred. + Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts. + Understanding that equipment training will occur after initial manual handling period. **Why Work Here?** This distribution center is a vital hub, shipping medical supplies nationwide and internationally.
