Job Title: Forklift Operator

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a role in Portland, ME. In this position, you will operate sit-down forklifts to pick and pack various orders and materials. The work environment is refrigerated, so you must be comfortable working in cold conditions. Additional responsibilities include inventory counts, inspection, and general labor tasks as needed.

ResponsibilitiesOperate sit-down forklifts to pick and pack orders and materials.Perform inventory counts and inspections.Handle general labor tasks as needed.Work comfortably in a refrigerated/freezer environment.Essential SkillsPrevious Forklift Experience (6+ months).Comfortable working in a refrigerated/freezer environment.Ability to lift 40+ lbs.Proficiency with computers and basic inventory systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong material handling skills.Experience in general labor tasks.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role is based in a cold storage facility. You will work Monday to Friday from 7am-3:30pm. The environment requires comfort with cold conditions and physical tasks.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00
