Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers. You will sort freight according to size and destination, read and decode freight coding to expedite movement and tracing, and reconcile driver pick-up and delivery manifests. You will also label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight, perform cleanup activities to maintain a safe and clean work area, and record damaged or misrouted shipments on applicable reports.

Work Environment

Shifts available are as follows: Sun-Wed 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm, 2nd shift 4:00pm-2:30am, 3rd shift 10:00pm-8:30am; Wed-Sat 1st shift 6:00am-4:30pm, 2nd shift 4:00pm-2:30am, 3rd shift 10:00pm-8:30am; Fri-Mon 6:00am-6:30pm. The work environment is a modern facility with a focus on cleanliness and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Independence, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $24.25
