Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Safety: Maintain a safe work environment and follow company safety policies. Equipment Use: Utilize RF equipment for accurate order processing. Accuracy: Ensure all transactions are accurate. Inventory: Perform cycle counts and assist with Quality Assurance inspections. Cross-Training: Provide backup support for other departments. Stock Consolidation: Improve inventory performance and warehouse space. Productivity Standards: Meet productivity and quality standards set by the department manager. Freight Inspection: Inspect and QA all outbound freight. Loading Shipments: Palletize and load shipments. Inbound Freight: Inspect all inbound freight and complete appropriate documentation. Daily Checklist: Complete daily forklift inspection checklists. C-TPAT Compliance: Perform compliance inspections and documentation for international shipments. Operational Security: Maintain operational and warehouse security.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent education preferred. Forklift certification for Reach, Dock stocker, or Sit-down forklift. RF scanner experience. Excellent math, reading comprehension skills, and legible writing. Minimum of three years warehouse experience and one year stand-up forklift experience. Physically able to perform tasks including lifting up to 100lbs.

Ability to follow directions and complete work assignments. Team player with good interaction skills. High attention to detail to prevent injury and property damage. Ability to multi-task.

Working Conditions:

Physically demanding tasks including walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting. Warehouse environment with adequate lighting and ventilation.
