**Job Title: Material Handler** **Job Description** We are seeking a Material Handler to join our Distribution Center team. This role involves operating a forklift for nearly 90% of the day, primarily for loading and unloading trucks. The position is for the 2nd shift, working Monday to Thursday from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, and Friday from 11 AM to 7:30 PM. **Responsibilities** + Operate a forklift for loading and unloading trucks. + Perform quality control on orders. + Receive and put away products in the warehouse. + Consolidate pallets. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience. + Experience printing shipping labels through UPS/FedEx or similar software. + 2-5 years of sit-down forklift experience, whether electric or gas. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with labeling, shipping, and material handling. + Ability to operate a pallet jack. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable, family-owned chemical distribution company with a great reputation. While employees will not handle products directly, they will be responsible for transporting sealed drums. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Lake Bluff, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
